Dr. Bhavna Wal has accumulated years of professional experience not only as a practicing journalist for 20 years but now as an academician too. Presently, she is working as an Associate Professor at the Jagran Institute of Management & Mass Communication, Kanpur. During her 20 odd years as a journalist and reporter, Dr. Wal covered a plethora of beats and departments. She has written extensively on a variety of subjects like politics, human rights, lifestyle and entertainment, education, finance and business, environment and sustainable development among others. She has also interviewed personalities and published profiles. As a journalist, Dr. Wal has worked with leading national dailies and wires like Hindustan Times, Indian Express, Press Trust of India and Daily News & Analysis.
